- Start
- Stop - note there are some operations which
can only be done while data-capture is
stopped.
- Loading of default data source configurations
- a number of configurations have been preset
which correspond to the likely range of user
setups.
- Creation of data sources - you can get prices
and news from the internet and teletext; it is
also possible to setup for already existing data
subscriptions sources, if these allow for export
of data in ASCII format.
- Parameter alteration — each datasource
has an individual refresh rate which the user may
set based upon the sources likely update
pattern.
